Key Trading Rules
Growth Target (6%)
Reach the growth target within 30 days to qualify for a Funded account. Assessment profits are not withdrawable. You must also meet the 33.33% consistency requirement.
Max Trailing Loss
Calculated from the intraday equity high-water mark, not end-of-day balance. The trailing loss follows your equity upward and locks once it reaches the starting balance. Breaching this level results in account termination.
33.33% Consistency Rule
Your best trading day PnL cannot exceed 33.33% of total profits. This means you need at least 3 profitable trading days to pass. Not a breach rule by itself, but must be met before passing or requesting payouts.
Profit Buffer (Funded)
A non-withdrawable profit cushion that must remain in your Funded account. Only profits above the buffer are eligible for payout at the 80% trader split. The buffer is not a fee — it stays in the account.
Trading Hours & Flat Rule
Trade from 5:00 PM CST (CME Globex Open) until 3:55 PM CST. All positions must be closed and orders cancelled by 3:55 PM CST daily. No weekend holding. Failure to close may result in account loss.
30-Day Inactivity & Time Limit
You must place at least one executed trade every 30 days. The Assessment phase must be completed within 30 days. The inactivity timer cannot be paused.
Breach Types
Hard Breach (Account Terminated)
- •Equity falls below Max Trailing Loss level
- •30-day inactivity (no executed trades)
- •30-day Assessment time limit exceeded
- •Subscription cancellation
- •Failure to close positions before market close
- •Prohibited trading activity detected
- •Group trading or coordinated trading activity
- •Failed KYC verification
- •Trading non-front-month contracts
Not a Breach (But Required)
- •Consistency requirement (33.33%) — must be met to pass or request payout, but does not breach your account
- •Profit buffer — must remain in account, but not having it does not breach you

All products are traded on CME, COMEX, NYMEX, or CBOT. Front-month contracts only. Contract limits use a 1:10 ratio (1 standard = 10 micro).
Prohibited Trading Activities
- • Exploiting errors or latency in pricing and/or platforms
- • Utilizing non-public or insider information
- • Front running trades placed elsewhere
- • Trading that jeopardizes liquidity provider or exchange relationships
- • Using third-party or off-the-shelf strategies marketed to pass challenges
- • Arbitraging a funded account with another account (internal or external)
- • Group trading or coordinated trading activity across accounts
- • Gambling practices — excessive leverage with intent to hit targets through single price movements
- • Violation of CME Group rules and regulations
- • Trading out-month (non-front-month) contracts
Platform & General Info
Platform
DXFutures only. Available via web or Apple iOS mobile app. Third-party platforms are not supported. CME market data attestation required (Non-Professional status).
News Trading
News trading is permitted but traders must exercise heightened caution due to increased volatility and reduced liquidity. You are responsible for staying informed of scheduled economic releases.
Automated Strategies
Automated trading strategies are permitted, subject to the Prohibited Trading policy. Third-party or off-the-shelf strategies marketed to pass challenges are not allowed.
Commissions & Data Fees
Same commissions as charged by the Liquidity Provider to self-funded retail accounts. Market data fees are included in your subscription.
