A soft breach means your violating trades are closed, but you can continue trading. Your account is not terminated.
Weekend Positions (Forex/CFD)
All trades must be closed by 3:45 PM EST on Friday. Trades left open are automatically closed, but you can continue trading when markets reopen. Weekend Hold add-on available at purchase.
Applies to: 3-Step, 2-Step, 1-Step, Instant Funding
News Event Trading (Forex/CFD)
Opening a position within 3 minutes before or after a News Event is prohibited. Violations may result in trade removal, leverage reduction, or escalation to account breach at the Company's discretion.
Applies to: 3-Step, 2-Step, 1-Step, Instant Funding
Weekend Positions (Futures)
All positions must be flat before the weekend market close. Trades left open will be closed automatically. This is a soft breach — you can continue trading the following week.
Applies to: Futures
Important: Group Trading is a Hard Breach
Across all programs — Forex and Futures — engaging in trades that mirror or closely align with another trader or group of traders across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. This includes:
- Signal services or trade-sharing groups
- Account passing services
- Copy trading across accounts owned by different people
- Any method that bypasses individual trading strategy
- Coordinated entries or exits across multiple traders
Copy trading is only permitted when all accounts are owned by you personally.
Payout Protector Add-On
We know that breaches happen — even to great traders. That is why we offer the Payout Protector add-on. If you breach your funded account but have accumulated gains, Payout Protector ensures you still receive your share of those gains (subject to all other withdrawal conditions being met).
Available at purchase for Forex/CFD programs. Payout Protector does not prevent a breach — it protects your gains from forfeiture.
Quick Reference
Hard Breach
You fail the assessment or lose your funded account. Gains may be forfeited unless Payout Protector is active.
Soft Breach
Violating trades are closed, but your account remains active. You can continue trading.
